When we decided to build and create our own office.... The two of us had an idea to raise the bar in real estate here in the Puget Sound region. Our vision was to create a professional, high tech, first class work space that we could be very proud of.

Our second and most important goal was to bring aboard the right people. The right team, people we are happy to see day after day.So far so good. the office turned out beautifully, simply a place we can all be proud of as the owners and associates that work here. The team has started and we are growing. We are so proud to be associated with the caliber of people that have decided to be a part of our vision. That vision is simply a great place to work and people we can be proud of, working along side us. People with integrity, a drive to always be better and most importantly people with a sense of humor.

Design Center

U.S. Associates have hundreds of customizable, trademark-compliant marketing templates at their disposal. Best of all, they are free.
Associates can use the online “RE/MAX Design Center” to create, customize and distribute their own unique marketing pieces.
The Design Center, paid for through the U.S. Ad Fund, was introduced at the 2006 RE/MAX International Summer Conference for Broker/Owners and Managers.
Accessible through Mainstreet, the Design Center includes approximately 2000 professionally designed templates branded specifically for RE/MAX, in addition to more than 1,200 more general pieces. Among them: brochures, fliers, postcards, animated Web commercials, virtual tours and E-cards. All materials will be fully compliant with RE/MAX trademark and graphic standards. RE/MAX will be the first national real estate network to offer a complete design center to members.
Once they download and customize the documents, Associates can send them to their own printer, take them to a professional printer, e-mail them to their clients and prospects, or post them on their Web sites. They can also click on a link to have a professional printer create and mail the documents.

Nov. 1, 1994, marked the debut of the RE/MAX Satellite Network, the first and still the only such service offered by any major real estate franchise company. The centerpiece of RE/MAX technology, RSN has revolutionized the RE/MAX organization, disseminating training, professional education and the entire corporate culture across the international network.

Without the time and expense of travel, RE/MAX Associates and administrative staffs benefit daily from RSN educational programming. It is available in many RE/MAX offices, and U.S. agents can receive it at home. And it's free, whether received in an RSN office or at home.

Network-wide Communication

Designation Courses
Since the network's inception, RSN has presented Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) courses. Thousands of RE/MAX Associates have participated in RSN broadcasts of Real Estate Buyer Agency Council (REBAC) courses leading to the ABR designation. RSN also offers courses providing credit toward Certified Finance Specialist (CFS), Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designations. Continuing Education Courses
